1. Our Three Core Commitments

At Like-Pack, we don't just sell packaging; we deliver reliability. To honor your trust, we back every order with the following guarantees:

A. Security Deposit Return Guarantee (Price-Match)

We offer a 7-Day Quality & Price Match Guarantee. If, within 7 days of making your payment, you find a competitor offering better quality products at the same price, we will return your deposit immediately. We are confident in our manufacturing standards and competitive edge.

B. 24-Month Quality Warranty

To ensure clear responsibility and peace of mind, we provide a comprehensive 24-month quality guarantee on all products:

• 3-Month Full Compensation: If any manufacturing defects (such as liquid leakage or structural damage) are found within 3 months of delivery, we will compensate you based on the full goods price (excluding logistics and man-made damage).
• 99% Satisfaction Standard: For neutral stock products, we guarantee a quality satisfaction rate of over 99%. For OEM/custom orders, we produce strictly according to your approved specifications.
• Joint Resolution: In the event of a quality complaint, our team will work side-by-side with your company to resolve the issue until satisfied.
• Validity: The warranty takes effect once the Supply Contract (PI) is signed and delivery occurs.

C. Delivery Time & Packaging Warranty

We provide a tiered compensation plan for any delays to protect your supply chain schedule:

• 10-Day Delay: Refund of 2% of the total order value.
• 15-Day Delay: Refund of 3% of the total order value.
• 25-Day Delay: The customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
• Packing Integrity: We strictly follow your packing requirements. If any damage occurs due to substandard packing (shoddy work), we bear all damage liability and associated logistics costs.

2. General B2B Refund Logic

Beyond our special commitments, the following standard B2B terms apply:

A. Customized & OEM Orders

For proprietary designs, private labels, or unique mold injections, returns are not accepted once production has commenced, as these items cannot be resold. However, these orders are fully covered under our 24-Month Quality Warranty described above.

B. Inspection & Acceptance Period

Upon arrival, please conduct a standard inspection. For quantity shortages or standard quality discrepancies, claims must be submitted in writing within 15 business days. If required, the customer may seal the goods after inspection; the supplier shall not open these boxes without permission, or the supplier shall bear all resulting losses.

C. Compatibility Testing

While we guarantee the quality of our containers, the buyer is responsible for formula compatibility testing. We recommend testing your specific liquid or powder with our samples before mass production.

3. How to File a Claim
