NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual undertakings and promises herein, the parties hereto hereby agree as follows:
- Seller cannot share the design to other buyers.
- Seller cannot put the design on website or other public places.

If the buyer can get the better quality products with the same price within 7 days after payment, the seller will return the deposit to the buyer immediately.
24 MONTHS QUALITY GUARANTEE

To ensure products quality and clear responsibility of buyer and seller, we make the follow promises:
- All our Products we offered are with 24 months guarantee!
- If the buyer finds any quality problems (excluding logistics and man-made damage) within 3 months, such as liquid leakage, damage, and the seller will compensate according to the goods price.
- If customer complain products quality, seller should work together with buyer to solve it
- For neutral products, the quality satisfaction should be over 99%. For OEM orders, seller should produce strictly according buyer's requirement.
The product guarantee will be effective since both sides sign a supply contract (Pl) and delivery occurs.
The Delivery Time Warranty
On-Time Delivery Guarantee with Late-Shipment Compensation!
The supplier shall ensure that the goods delivered will meet the requirements of the above documents and ensure that the products specifications, quantities, quality, packing methods and so forth are relevant.
Ensure the supplier in accordance with the contact agree time and delivery to the customer.
- If the delivery delays more than 10 days, the supplier should refund 2% of the full payment value;
- If the delivery delays more than 15 days, the supplier should refund 3% of the full payment value;
- If the delivery delays more than 25 days, the customer have the right to cancel the order.
The supplier is responsible for packing the goods which should be strictly in accordance with customer requirements, not shoddy work, if the supplier is not in accordance with the requirements of the packing, damage liability shall be borne by the supplier in logistics cost. Therefore, the delay in delivery shall be dealt in accordance with the second contract.
If necessary, the customer company will seal the goods after inspection, and the supplier shall not open the goods box without permission. Otherwise, all the losses shall be borne by the supplier.
